Dr Laura Rusu

Founder & CEO

With over 25 years’ experience in software engineering, academia and R&D across several industries, Laura is passionate about using technology to find innovative solutions to challenging problems. One such problem was the lack of easy access for retail investors to cutting edge, yet affordable, investment planning and portfolio optimisation tools, so she first developed Diversiview. Other amazing applications followed and LENSELL was born.
Laura has two innovation awards from IBM and 6 USPTO patents on digital technologies, data analytics and AI.
She is also a mentor with the IMNIS program at the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering (ATSE) and a former university lecturer at Monash University and La Trobe University.
